Excellent service, the gift basket was very nice, delivered on-time, and the recipient was contacted by home and cell phone to pick up the basket at a nearby location. Great job!

All was good only thing was requested am del and the didn't arrive till noon but will use them again

I live overseas and wanted to send a Thanksgiving arrangements to my friends who had just moved back to Canada. My first credit card did not go through, so I got a very helpful note offering to help. I rue entered the order using a US card, it went through, and the flowers were a great success! Thank you Country Flowers!

I telephoned before ordering online. Call was helpful, friendly and informative. Placed online order. Order process was smooth and easy. Pictures of arrangements were very helpful in picking an arrangement (though, honestly, I didn't see the arrangement myself so I can't comment on how closely the arrangement matched the picture - I assume it was a match from the description I got of the arrangement). Arrangement was received on time and put a smile on Mom's face :) I will order here again.

Some of the flowers appeared as though they had been in too cold a storage before I rec'd them...other than that, the arrangement was artful and beautiful

I've been using Something Country in Red Deer for a few years now, and I've always been satisfied with their service and arrangements. Lots of compliments from receivers as well.

I always use your flower service for delivery to my daughter in Red Deer and the arrangements are always fresh and beautiful. I had an opportunity to see the last arrangement sent and it was 10 days after they were delivered. The flowers were still looking quite good. I also recommend you to my friends.

The arrangement that was sent to my daughter in Red Deer was beyond what I expected. She sent me a picture. They went above & beyond with the arrangement and it made my daughter's day. Being so far away from her and doing it over the webside, I was very skeptical but no more - Something Country Flowers & Gifts will be the only one I'll be using. I was shown a picture of it & I was quite disappointed. I suppose I was expecting something spectacular for her Halloween/16th BD. I guess in the future I will order from your store & deliver it personally as I know it will be a work of art.

Once again, my mother received a bouguet that she was thrilled with. Appreciate their willingness to phone and coordinate a delivery time. One rose died quickly but the other two lasted a reasonable amount of time. So glad for the continued great service as have used this flower shop once or twice a year for several years with great service every time.

Everything was great, and she got her arrangement when it was supposed to be delivered. The only thing I was disappointed about was the size. I thought it was a little small for the price I paid. For a total around 85.00, she showed me the arrangement on our video call, and I was not happy with the size. I thought it should be bigger.

This was a gift in another province. It was delivered in a timely manner and the recipient was very happy with it. Ordering the flowers was an easy process.

The only thing that I think needs improvement is it would have been nice to know that my order had been delivered, because I didn't talk to anyone. This would add a little more security for online orders!

My sister said the flowers were beautiful and did last quite a long time.

This order was a gift. Overall the ordereing process was gret and the person who received the flowers was very pleased. She took a few pictures to show me and I did think the arrangement was nice but was a little disappointed to hear that the rose that was in the arrangement did not last more than a day, because it was already in full bloom. I did ask for an arrangement with fall colors but didn't think that was what was presented but it was still a very nice arrangement and again the person who received them was very happy.
